The AMP is the first privately funded incubator in the North West, funded, designed and built by local entrepreneurs. Every nut, bolt, brick and piece of furniture has been sourced locally. Everything in the building is designed in way to help entrepreneurs and high growth SME’s to flourish and grow.
As an AMP Club Member you will have access to like-minded peers, onsite and virtual mentoring, seed and growth funding programmes and a host of additional benefits. Our aim is to deliver a flagship project for the movers and shakers, the mad scientists, the dynamos and the dreamers. We will build an entrepreneurial ecology that for the first time puts entrepreneurs and true wealth creators at the heart of the project. The Northwest's First Privately Funded Incubator
In short, the AMP Proposal offers the site an entirely private sector funded future proofed, business growth and development project which delivers well paid jobs, an existing successful track record/established need and entrepreneurial education components – benefits which are unavailable from the current range of social enterprise-based workspace available across the City and the region.
The private sector project promoters and mentors associated with the original AMP will provide both tenants and other businesses with access to their VC and investment connections, the existing local LAB Fund, the AI Investment Fund (created, managed and led by Ryan Williams), expertise across HR, Recruitment, FDI, Export and Sales, and via the AMP Global Boardroom, access to both real and virtual entrepreneurial clinics, pitch opportunities, best practice, and mentor support from across the globe.
